Lake time with the Knutsons!!

Our favorite time of the year! We spent a WEEK in the most beautiful place in the US - can you believe we were there that long?! It was very relaxing with morning jogs/walk, great family conversation, sun, boat, games and of course wonderful food!!

Bonnie took Tara and I out on a horse ride. I haven't been on a horse since I was wee little. It was A LOT of fun. I am glad her horse is so calm otherwise I might have been a bit scared! (the older I get the more of a weinnie I become-Nate dislikes!)

At the Raven for anniversary dinner
Bonnie & Greg and Joan & Rick

My cute in-laws :)

Just beautiful!!

so handsome (and so happy he is on the lake!!)

Reenie came to check out the "kids"

Grandma Alice's wind sock (Joan's Mom)
If I heard right, that wind sock hung next to the basement stairs, inside. Good place for it ;)

Poor Tara had a boot. She couldn't have any fun in the water. :(

A wonderful, RELAXING week on the water. Our favorite type of vacation!

Jeter's 3rd birthday

I know, I know, he is just a dog. (Yes, Dad, you will have true human grandkids soon. I just hope Bridger settles down by then!) But it is a good thing I am practicing with these dang dogs because I forgot his birthday!! He turned three June 23rd. I remembered I had some birthday hats left over from Becky's birthday, so of course I had to take a photo of him with it on. Yes, he sat the whole time and let me take as many as I wanted.  Bridger had no idea what Jeter was doing with that stupid hat on. He had to check it out. Make sure your scroll down to that last photo. It just makes Nate and I actually laugh out loud. The personalities of the two dogs are totally captured.

Jeter is annoyed but still posing for me. Bridger has no idea what is going on and his hat is crooked. :) These two dogs are my favorite and always know when to comfort me or make me smile by chasing their tail. I could spend hours watching them play.

Bye Bye Jaimee

Jaimee's time in Seattle came to an end July 9th. Unfortunately, we did not see her the last week and half because she was off getting engaged [YES!] in Montana over the 4th and the next week we were in Polson with Nate's family [another YES!]

Don't worry. We still managed to get in all the fun we could while she was here. Let's just say we tasted lots of wine ;)

Enjoying our wine at intermission during Kooza! The show was Ah-mazing!

Nate and I got hitched again at a friend's wedding. This time I didn't lean back for the smooch! ;)

The hotdog was a great addition for the guests to have some fun throughout the night.

Car ride home. Then Jaimee fell asleep!

Clark Nuber baseball game. Great seats and great company!

Too much fun for Nate. He fell asleep on the way home.
Can you believe I was the one who was awake for both trips home?
I can't either.

Next activity, MORE WINE!
The wonderful man that served us our tasting session set up the bottle with glasses and menu for the perfect photo. He was so clever.

On the way to another tasting!

(This was a place we didn't care for with Nate's parents. I enjoyed it this time. Interesting)

ANOTHER WEEKEND

No photos of us at the wine tour. Or at Brian Carters. I guess we were too busy tasting!

Our Favorite, probably because we had quite a few glasses by then.

This is what we came home to. Nate enjoying badminton with some buddies.
One of his favorite past times.

Whose tall enough to put an arm over the net...PJ is. He is like 7'!

Our first attempt at a timer group shot.

Then we came up with the great idea to go in front of the net to get rid of the green lines!
(good dogs looking at the camera!)

At one of our friend's aunt's house. That is the ocean. Pretty, huh?

The boys had fun all day. Including the one-eyed dog.

 And the girls!!

One last activity with the Jaimster!

We (Nate included) went to see Eclipse at the Cinebarre- the 21 and older theater. We chose that movie theater so we didn't hear all the little girls throughout the movie, food and drink during, and wanted Jaimes to experience a theater you won't find in MT.

She enjoyed!!

We miss having a buddy around that is always up for fun, but we are sure glad she is back home enjoying her time with her fiance!!!!

Congratulations to the happy couple!
